For your first class, just bring comfortable workout clothes, a water bottle, and a towel. Gloves and wraps can be borrowed at the gym, but we recommend purchasing your own gear as you progress.
Classes start with a warm-up, followed by drills, technique practice, pad work, and conditioning. Expect a full-body workout designed to build strength, endurance, and skills.
Wear comfortable athletic wear—shorts, leggings, and t-shirts work great. Barefoot training is standard, but ankle wraps are recommended for extra support.
